About GreenSpoon Kids
We make feeding a toddler simpler. Tell us your child's age and what you have in the kitchen, and we build a custom, age-appropriate recipe in about a minute.
GreenSpoon Kids started with a problem every parent knows: the nightly scramble of "what do I feed my kid tonight?" Toddlers are picky, appetites change by the day, and most meal ideas online are either generic, buried behind a paywall, or written for grown-up palates.
So we built the tool we wanted. Pick your child's age and preferences, add what is already in your fridge, and get a fresh recipe matched to their stage, with textures and portions that suit little eaters and vegetables gently worked in. No meal-plan spreadsheets, no repeating the same five dinners.
What we believe
- Free should mean free. Our 124-recipe library and every feeding guide are openly browsable with no signup and no card. You can find dinner tonight without creating an account.
- Grounded in real guidance. Our guides are written in plain language and cite pediatric and federal nutrition sources such as the AAP, USDA MyPlate, and the Ellyn Satter Institute, not opinions.
- Made for busy families. Simple ingredients, short steps, and age-appropriate portions. The goal is a calmer mealtime, not a fancier one.
- Safety first. Recipes follow general age guidance on textures and choking hazards. They are suggestions, never a substitute for your pediatrician on allergens and feeding concerns.
