Steamed Apple Sticks

Soft-steamed apple cut into easy-grip sticks. A naturally sweet snack that helps develop chewing skills while being safe for new self-feeders.

Ingredients(2)

  • 1 medium apple (sweet variety like Gala or Fuji)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

    Peel the apple and cut into quarters. Remove the core.

    Cut each quarter into thick stick shapes (about finger-width).

    Place in a steamer basket over boiling water.
