Creamy Banana Oat Toast Fingers

  • 1 slice soft whole wheat bread
  • 1/3 medium ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tbsp plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tbsp quick oats

    Stir in oats and a spoonful of yogurt until soft and thick.

    Toast bread lightly, then cool until just warm.
