- 1/4 cup cooked chicken breast, finely diced
- 1/4 cup carrot, finely diced
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 small orange, peeled and cut into tiny pieces
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or unsalted butter

Boil 1/2 cup water in a small pot.

Dice carrot and chicken into pea-sized bits.

Add couscous, carrot, peas to boiling water, cover and turn off heat.
