- 1 small sweet potato, peeled and diced small
- 2 oz boneless skinless salmon, cut into tiny pieces
- 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2 tbsp plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch mild paprika (optional)

Boil sweet potato in a small pot of water until very soft (10 min)

Add peas to the same pot for the last few minutes of boiling (3 min)
