
Simple Homemade Pizza
A fun, hands-on meal that kids can help assemble. Using a quick no-yeast dough that does not require rising time, topped with tomato sauce, cheese, and colorful vegetables.

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons tomato passata or pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2-3 basil leaves (optional)

Preheat oven to 220C/425F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix self-raising flour, Greek yogurt, and olive oil until a dough forms.

Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Roll or press the dough into a circle about 20-22cm (8-9 inches) across.

Transfer to the lined baking tray.
