  • 1/3 cup cooked chicken breast, cut in small bite-size cubes
  • 1 small whole wheat pita, cut into 6-8 wedges
  • 1/4 cup red or yellow bell pepper, thin strips, bite-size
  • 1/2 small orange or clementine, peeled and segments halved
  • 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, pinch of salt and mild dried herbs or lemon juice
