- 2 oz sliced turkey breast, cut into bite-size strips
- 1/4 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mixed bell peppers, finely diced
- 1/4 small apple, cut into thin half-moon slices
- 1 tsp olive oil
