Creamy Oat, Carrot and Pear Cloud

Ingredients(4)

  • 2 tbsp quick oats
  • 1/4 cup finely grated carrot, loosely packed
  • 1/3 cup ripe pear, peeled and diced
  • 1/2-2/3 cup water or breastmilk/formula, divided

    Grate carrot and peel/dice pear.

    Add oats, carrot, pear, and 1/2 cup water to a small pot.

    Simmer on low, stirring, until carrot is very soft and oats are cooked (about 7 minutes).

    Blend with extra water or milk to a thin, yogurt-like puree.

    Cool to lukewarm and spoon into a shallow bowl.
