Tiny chicken, carrot, and peas over soft couscous with a light cheesy coating.

- 1/4 cup dry couscous
- 1/3 cup finely diced boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup finely grated carrot
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
