  • 1/4 cup dry couscous
  • 1/4 cup canned no-salt chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup carrot, very finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
