Creamy Oat, Lentil and Apple Cloud Puree

  • 2 tbsp red lentils, rinsed well
  • 2 tbsp quick oats
  • 1/4 medium apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/3-1/2 cup water, plus more to thin
