Overnight Oats with Berries

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup full-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (for children over 12 months)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
