Silky Pear-Oat Yogurt Cloud

  • 1/2 ripe pear, peeled and cored
  • 2 tbsp quick oats
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp plain full-fat yogurt (no added sugar)
  • 2–3 tbsp breast milk or formula
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

    Rinse, peel, and core pear; cut into small chunks (3 min)

    Combine pear, oats, and water in small saucepan (1 min)

    Simmer gently until pear is very soft and oats are cooked (8 min)
