Strawberry Chia Pudding

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 4-5 fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra strawberry slices for topping

    Blend strawberries until smooth to make a puree.

    In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, strawberry puree, honey, and vanilla.
