- 2 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons canned sweet corn, drained

- 1/4 teaspoon mild paprika
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (for dipping)
