Ingredients(6)
- 1/4 cup boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in small pieces
- 1/3 cup carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 medium apple, peeled and chopped (sweet variety)
- 1/4 cup unsalted mashed potato (cooked, plain)
- 2–3 tbsp breast milk or formula
- 1 tsp unsalted butter or olive oil
Instructions(6 steps)

Boil carrot and apple in a small pot of water until very soft (8–10 min)

Add chicken pieces to the same pot and simmer until cooked through (6–8 min)

Drain, reserving a few spoonfuls of cooking water (1 min)

Add cooked carrot, apple, chicken, mashed potato, butter/oil, and cooking water to a bowl (2 min)
