
Mini Shepherd's Pie
A toddler-friendly version of the classic comfort food with tender lamb mince, vegetables, and creamy mashed potato topping.

- 100g lean lamb mince
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup diced carrot
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup low-sodium beef or vegetable stock

Boil potato cubes for 15 minutes until very soft. Drain and mash with milk.
